The mission of W.A.T.C.H. is to promote the course of education through life skills, literacy, cultural and educational workshops, and encouraging those we mentor to reach their goals academically, socially, and financially. While fostering the spirits of self-love, self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence, our young ladies (ages 8-19) will evolve into outstanding community leaders and capture the ideas of being self-sufficient and independent.
